Joel is a Rocky Cree actor from Treaty 6 and Treaty 10 Territories. You’ll recognize him as Qavvik on HBO’s True Detective: Night Country, and Hakoda on Netflix’s Avatar: The Last Airbender, as well as from the award-winning film Beans.
